Each December, this fundraiser offers the opportunity for individuals to donate a light or star in memory or in honor of a family member, friend, or coworker. During a special "Dedication of Lights" ceremony, the forest is lit on the front lawn of the hospital. Held on the first Friday of the month of August, Art on the Bluffs features an exhibit of fine art, a silent auction, a raffle, hors d’oeuvres, and Leelanau Peninsula wine under a grand tent overlooking Lake Michigan.
