West Shore Healthcare Foundation is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, and your gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. Gifts of Stock, Securities, or Pledges Payable Over Time
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation of stocks or securities, this option is available. Another opportunity to donate is by making a pledge that can be paid over a period of time. Estate Gifts
In addition to donations, some donors name West Shore in their wills. Through their generous estate gifts, donors to West Shore Medical Center have been instrumental in supporting capital projects, educational initiatives, and major programs. Art on the Bluffs
Held on the first Friday of the month of August, Art on the Bluffs features an exhibit of fine art, a silent auction, a raffle, hors d’oeuvres, and Leelanau Peninsula wine under a grand tent overlooking Lake Michigan. The highlight of the event is the silent auction, which includes works of art donated by participating artists. Each year, more than 400 community members attend the event to show their support for the hospital. For ticket information, please call (231) 398-1508.

Glorious Forest
Each December, this fundraiser offers the opportunity for individuals to donate a light or star in memory or in honor of a family member, friend, or coworker. During a special "Dedication of Lights" ceremony, the forest is lit on the front lawn of the hospital.
