Medical/Surgical

Our Medical/Surgical Unit provides care for those patients in need of inpatient services during an acute illness or following surgery. This unit consists of 16 private inpatient beds and 5 observation beds. Advanced patient care technology includes an automated IV medication safety system and centralized telemetry capabilities.

The Medical/Surgical Unit was recently remodeled to provide more space and comfort to both patients and their families. The newer rooms feature:

• Private bathing facilities
• An advanced call system
• Chairs and sleeper couches for family

The Medical/Surgical Unit team is made up of registered nurses, support service assistants, patient care technicians, and unit clerks. These competent and compassionate individuals work collectively, along with other departments, to provide the best personalized care possible.
